I am so pleased with SAFG Roofing. Daron did my rental property and my parents home(which is in Macon, GA). Both jobs were done beautiful. Daron worked with our insurance company and made sure that everything was handle professionally. I have not actually used SAFG Roofing yet. They came out to take a look at my roof and give me a quote. They were on time, very polite and professional. They will be repairing my roof the later part of November. I recommend them to anyone.
Daron and his team did an excellent job assessing my roof and making the necessary recommendations for my repairs. Daron was timely in his response and was able to get the repairs done within 3 days from the initial assessment. He found additional issues not roof related but leak related and was also able to correct that. Daron was honest and cost efficient which definitely placed me at ease. Thus far I am extremely Satisfied with the level of service received and would use him again in the future if I needed too.
This is the second time I've used this company in ~3 years to re-roof my Atlanta homes. Both times the bid was competitive, the work was prompt, the owner was communicative and responsive, and went the extra mile to give a prompt and very fair (best) bid both times, to meet helpfully with my insurer, and to do a professional roofing job (chimney flashing, new boots for vents, special treatment of valleys, drip edge, replacement of 7 sheets of plywood where old was soft/damaged, etc.) and a thorough job of clean up at the end of the job. This roof looks great, last time (3 years ago) job also looked great, and there have been no problems.
